Care and Washing
Distinctive and Colorful
Even when dyed in the same pan, each skein of hand dyed yarn is unique. Even when dyeing in small dye lots and using the same recipe there will be variation from skein to skein. Because of this it is recommended to alternate skeins when using more that one skein of the same color in a project to avoid pooling. Unless you love pooling, then go for it!
Also, please note that even though we try and keep the colors in the photos true to life different monitors and devices may show colors differently. We can't guarantee that what you see on your screen will be exactly what you see when you hold the yarn in person.
Washing
There may be some light color bleeding during the first wash, this is normal and should resolve itself.
To keep your knits and yarn looking their best it is recommended to hand wash with cool water and wool wash and lay flat to dry.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All shipping will be through USPS. Ready to ship orders will go out in 2-4 business days, Dye to order will go out according to the item description. Shipping will only be in the US and Canada.
Returns
Returns are not accepted on custom orders, preorders, dye to order listings, gift cards, or one of a kind skeins.
For ready to ship items returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item. To be eligible your item must be in original condition and cannot be caked or unwound in any way. Buyers are responsible to return shipping, with tracking, of any goods you wish to return. Upon receipt and inspection of the items we will issue a refund, minus shipping, to the original payment method used during purchase.

The processing time for pre-orders and dye to order listing vary. Please reference the processing time listed in the item description. Pre orders, dye to order, and custom orders cannot be returned.
